Main FeaturesComposition of the egg tray production line
Paper pulp molding egg tray production line is comprised by 3 systems as pulping system, forming system and drying system.

1. Pulping System
It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp defibering, additives, pulp further grinding,
Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.
machines: Hydropulper, (vibration screen, pulp grinder),agitator, pulp pump, pipe and so on.

2. Forming System
The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine.
The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum pump, steam separator, air compressor, air storage tank and so on.
Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line.
Only under the forming machine's co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.

3.Drying system
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays
moisture contend is 70%. So drying system are required for drying the wet trays.
The equipment includs dryer,burner,conveyor,fan and so on

Paper pulp molding moulds

The moulds are the spirit part of the paper pulp molding production line. The forming moulds
Is the moulds which to transform the fiber pulp into the wet trays. On forming moulds surface,
there exists the filtration holes and covered by a filter screen layer. The back of the forming
moulds is a hollow structure. Under the sucking function of vacuum pump, the fiber of the pulp will be gathered on the filter screen, then the water to be sucked away from the filtration holes, So
the wet trays are left over. The forming moulds are including forming and transferring 2 different types moulds. The materials for the forming moulds are copper, aluminum,plastic and
aluminum-plastic composite materials and so on.
